How our restoration service works

 

1. Send in your photo!

There are two ways to send your photos in, the first is to upload a high resolution scanned copy of your image (at least 300dpi) to our site, we will digitally restore this file. The second way to send you photo, is to mail in the original image, it will be professionally scanned or photographed depending on the size and then the digital file will be restored. Your original image will be left as is.  

 

2. We’ll assess your photo

Once your image has been received we will assess how much work will go into restoring your image and how long it will take to restore, We will respond within 1 business day with a quote for you to approve. Once you approve the quote, we will begin working on your order.

 

3. We’ll email a proof for you to check

After we have finished restoring your order, we will send you a proof of the work within the time frame agreed upon in the first email.

 

4. Approve the work & Payment

Once the work has been approved, payment will be due in order to receive the order. The proof email has details of how to pay. You can pay by Card or via PayPal. If you’re not happy with the work, then let us know your concerns and we will do our best to correct the edit. If we still can’t correct it, no invoice will be sent. Also, NO restored image will be sent without payment.

 

5. We’ll return the original and any new photographic prints

Once your payment has cleared we’ll return your original image and send any new prints you have ordered in the mail. You will also receive an email with the digital copy within 24 hours of your payment clearing. PayPal and Faster Payments typically clear within 30 minutes.

Prints are sent within 3 business days.
